Graphite Mould
Moulding is a method of manufacturing that involves forming raw materials that are liquid or malleable using a hard framework known as a mould. It is used to hold raw materials like plastic, glass, metal, or ceramic. In the mould, the liquid “sets” or “hardens,” taking on the shape of the object. In order to create it, a pattern or model of the finished item may need to be used.
There are several types of moulds used for the thermal industry, including articulated mould, piece moulding, and blow moulding. Articulation moulds are the most expensive type of mould as they comprise several components that come together to create the entire mould. They are then separated to release the finished casting. This mould is typically used when a casting shape contains intricate overhangs. Piece-moulding is the process of building an intricate object piece by piece using a variety of moulds. Typically, only larger, more expensive things are utilised for this. Lastly, blow moulding is an industrial technique for creating hollow plastic parts. Creating glass bottles and other hollow shapes is another use for it.

Economical Planning With All Graphite Mould Grades Availability
ANSTAC offers more than 30 distinct graphite grades, including the less popular ones, ranging from the purest at 200ppm, 10ppm, and 50ppm to varied carbon types. Only the greatest grade of graphite that complements your products will be used in your customised products.
Inclusive of 3 Graphite Mould-based Processes
In order to accommodate every kind of product, ANSTAC offers graphite goods in a variety of processes.
When the raw material mixture is compacted into square or round blocks using a process called cold isostatic pressing (CIP), the material is referred to as isostatic graphite or isostatically moulded graphite. This type of graphite most often has the smallest grain sizes.
The process of pressing graphite through a die under pressure results in extruded graphite. Graphite that has been extruded contains coarser grains in comparison to isostatic graphite.
Graphite is cold-pressed into a mould to create moulded graphite, as the name suggests. The outcome is graphite that lacks a grain orientation and is dispersed evenly throughout the entire mass.
Intricate Designing Of Graphite Mould Can Be Achieved
ANSTAC has all the equipment required to create intricate designs. For instance, we may construct complex graphite items in 2D, 2.5D, or even 3D using CNC machining.

Benefits Of Using Graphite Mould
Graphite Moulds have excellent properties like low coefficient of thermal expansion and low porosity which makes them a great choice for moulding.
Mass Production Of Graphite Mould Without Forgoing Customisation Demands
If you need your specified graphite mould in large quantities, ANSTAC can do that. We have the capacity to manufacture your goods in large amounts, and we do it flawlessly. Not only that, but we also take into account the desire for customisation of your items, despite the fact that they are mass-produced. ANSTAC will handle all of the specifics for your product customization.
Long Service Life Graphite Mould
Compared to moulds made of other materials, this mould is more durable because it is built of graphite. This product will last a very long time before they break, which is especially great for manufacturers working in the thermal industry. You will be able to use it for your manufacturing process without having to replace it frequently, which could help you save money on maintenance.
Processes In Manufacturing Graphite-based Mould
Below is a description of how this item was made. To guarantee that our customers get the most out of graphite products, we make our items with great attention to detail.
Company Analysis by ANSTAC
We shall do a company study as our initial action. In order to make your items, ANSTAC will need to know what kind of product you’ll use, where you’ll use it, and how. We also let you know about MITI’s strategic trade restrictions to make sure that all guidelines are followed.
Studying material types for Graphite Mould
The blueprint is then examined using AutoCad software, with engineers determining the necessary proportions based on the customer’s submitted designs. Then, we’ll see if we have any stock of the product’s grade material.
Send Quotation for Pricing
After that, we will provide you with a quote for the cost of your products. The complexity of producing graphite and the grade types have an impact on product costs.
Full Payment Following Client Confirmation of the Order
Once the clients have given their approval for the product’s design, construction, and other specifics like the quantity being produced, the payment process will then begin. Customer orders will be validated during this process.
Issuing of the Job Sheet
The job sheet will subsequently be provided by Anstac’s marketing division in accordance with the ISO management system. The maximum allowed wastage parameters are 3%.
Cutting and Squaring of Graphite Mould
Anstac’s engineer will then start cutting one sample. In this stage, we’ll start moulding the products to fit the designed plan. We will begin by milling, often referred to as squaring, the corners. With an accuracy of 10 microns or more, we will now decide how it is handled.
Profiling of the Graphite Mould
The final step, known as custom designing, involves profiling the graphite to create the shape of the finished product. Tolerance requirements are met here by precision machinery. For it to pass the quality control checkpoint and be subject to an electron microscope inspection, the microns standard must be met.
Sending Graphite Mould for QC Inspection and Checking
The graphite mould will be sent for quality control inspection and checking after the manufacturing process is complete. As part of quality control, engineers are sent one sample for evaluation. It could take a lot of cutting to achieve the ideal profile. But once everything is in order, ANSTAC may start creating the products in mass.
Packing of Graphite Mould
Following the completion of the QC inspection, we will start packing the goods. Our whole product line is bubble-wrapped and carton-boxed. Graphite products are offered in a palletized configuration for international sales.
Delivery of Graphite Mould
We will transfer your products to the loading bay section, where they will wait until the lorry is ready. After that, the trucks or other kinds of transportation will take them to the loading dock to load the cargo.
Graphite Mould Production With Only Skilled ANSTAC Engineers
Engineers from ANSTAC, who have a wealth of expertise, are in charge of making this graphite mould. Our engineers are all highly skilled professionals with years of experience in their fields. This guarantees that the customised graphite items you receive will be of the highest quality.
Sustainable Practices With Graphite Mould
Graphite Mould Adhering To World-Standard Certifications
This graphite mould is produced in accordance with international certifications, including Thailand BOI certification and ISO 9001 certification from both Malaysia and Thailand.
ISO 9001 (Malaysia)
ANSTAC has been certified as an ISO 9001-compliant manufacturer in Malaysia. It is implied by this accreditation that we have a competent quality management system and that our entire manufacturing process is well-managed.
ISO 9001 (Thailand)
In Thailand, ANSTAC were also granted the ISO 9001 certification. This is done in order to give assurance to all of our clients that we manufacture in a controlled environment, not just in Malaysia but also in other nations.
Thailand Board of Investment (BOI)
ANSTAC has received the BOI certification from the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI). ANSTAC can therefore be viewed as a legitimate business in Thailand as they have the go-ahead to establish a branch there.
Re-printing of Graphite Mould Availability
If you suddenly require your previous customised graphite mould to be created again, we can easily do it. The identical product blueprint is preserved in internal storage by ANSTAC after it has been made. This will facilitate the production and ongoing printing of your customised goods
