Carbon Vane
Vanes are typically used in vane pumps where the vanes are installed in radial slots in a cylindrical rotor. They deliver an accurate, smooth, low-pulsation output and are perfect for pumping low to medium-viscosity liquids, including those with entrained gases. Vacuum pumps, rotary compressors, and fuel tanks are just a few examples of carbon vanes’ typical usage. The carbon vane also serves a purpose in the chemical industry, printing equipment, medical applications, and other gear used in the food processing industry.
Depending on the working conditions and the pumping medium, vanes can be made of graphite, carbon graphite that has been infused with metal, or carbon graphite that has been resin-bonded. Carbon graphite is the ideal material for the vane pumps because it can easily glide through their rotor slots and up against the casing since they are self-lubricating.

Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) Of Carbon Vane
ANSTAC offers a customised design of various graphite products for different industries. This includes carbon vanes, no matter how complex the designs are. We can customise all sorts of carbon vane for rotary vane pumps, vacuums, fuel tanks and others.
Cost-Conscious / Economical Planning With All Carbon Vane Grades Availability
More than 30 different graphite grades, ranging from the purest at 200ppm, 10ppm, and 50ppm to various carbon variants, are available from ANSTAC, including the non-demand ones. For non-demand graphite products, special orders can also be placed, or ANSTAC, as an expert in the field, may provide an alternative.
Inclusive Of 3 Carbon Vane-Based Processes
The carbon vane from ANSTAC is available in a range of grades to fit your mechanical needs.
Isostatic graphite or isostatically moulded graphite is the term used to describe the material when the raw material mixture is compressed using a procedure known as cold isostatic pressing (CIP). Most frequently, this kind of graphite has the lowest particle diameters.
Extrusion is a manufacturing technique that includes pushing fine carbon powder through a pre-shaped die to produce products with a certain form and shape. Compared to isostatic graphite, the grain size of extruded graphite is coarser.
Moulded carbon is produced by pressing carbon fibre into a mould. The pressure is applied to the carbon and is supported by the shape of the mould. Depending on how intricate the shape is, the graphite’s flow in the die will result in different changes in its characteristics.
Complex Designing Of Carbon Vane Can Be Achieved
For your customised graphite items, we will use CNC machining to accomplish complex 2D, 2.5D, or even 3D modelling. This ensures that your product is manufactured precisely down to the last detail.
3 And Higher Microns Of Approved Report
With dynamic precision of up to three (3) microns, ANSTAC can manufacture complicated designs for custom work. Any type of design is possible. We guarantee that the design we create will completely meet your needs, and we’ll provide you with a rough draught of the quality assurance report. We will be comparing the real product with the design guidelines provided by our clients to make sure that you will be satisfied with the outcome.
Benefits Of Using Carbon Vane
Carbon vanes from ANSTAC are the solution if you’re seeking carbon vanes that are both highly functional and high-quality. They are made of carbon graphite, which thanks to its non-galling qualities greatly lowers wear and tear during use.
These carbon vanes are manufactured to endure any kind of circumstance because they are regularly utilised in both dry and wet conditions. You will not need to be concerned about it breaking by accident after being subjected to extreme conditions.
Due to graphite’s excellent thermal conductivity, heat may pass through it and be absorbed with ease. Its capacity to control temperature aids in protecting products from the danger of temperature shock.

Carbon graphite can conduct electricity because of the ability of one delocalized electron to flow through the material and transmit charges from one location to another. Because of this, graphite is a valuable component for electronics.
Lubrication is frequently necessary for machine parts to function smoothly. However, since this vane is constructed of carbon graphite, it doesn’t require additional lubricant. Given that the layers of graphite can easily slide over one another, it possesses a self-lubricating and non-galling property.
For sectors that require working with materials that can survive high temperatures and powerful compressive applications, ANSTAC’s carbon vane is a solid choice. This is due to the fact that they are durable in almost any situation.
Graphite has a single layer of graphene that performs exceptionally well as a shield. From this, graphite products are shielded against corrosion by the majority of solvents and acids, including hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and hydrofluoric acid.
Long Service Life Carbon Vane
Vane-dependent machinery, particularly vane pumps, has a finite lifespan. However, manufacturers won’t have to worry about having to replace them regularly with this carbon-made vane. Their durability and low incidence of wear and tear significantly reduce the amount of time the machine is down. Their service life is therefore extended as a result.
Mass Production Of Carbon Vane Without Forgoing Customisation Demands
Large-scale production of your products is something we can handle expertly. Every product will be meticulously crafted by our experts with your requirements for customization in mind. We devote close attention to every little aspect of every product, despite the fact that they are produced in large quantities.
Processes In Manufacturing Carbon-based Vane
The process of making this object is described below. We take considerable care in the manufacturing process to ensure that our customers receive the most benefit from the graphite products we offer.

Company Analysis by ANSTAC
The first thing we will do is a company analysis. ANSTAC wants to know what kind of product will you use, where will you use it, and how will you use it. We also remind you to abide by MITI’s strategic trade regulations.
Studying material types for Carbon Vane
Then, using the customer’s provided drawings as a guide, we study the blueprint via AutoCad software with engineers setting the appropriate dimensions. Then, we will check if the suitable grade material for the product is in stock.

Send Quotation for Pricing
Then, we will send the quotation for the pricing of your products. The cost of the goods depends on the grade kinds and complexity of graphite production.
Full Payment Following Client Confirmation of the Order
The payment procedure will then start when the clients have approved the product’s design, material, and other details, such as the number of units being produced. In this procedure, customer orders will be validated.
Issuing of the Job Sheet
The marketing department of Anstac will then provide the task sheet and conform with the ISO management system. Wastage parameters can be capped at 3%.

Cutting and Squaring of Carbon Vane
Then, Anstac’s engineer will begin cutting 1 sample. During this phase, we will begin shaping the products in accordance with the created blueprint. We’ll start by milling (also known as squaring) the corners. From this point forward, we will decide how it is treated; with a precision of 10 microns or higher. Resolution is the quality control checkpoint used to gauge how precise the squaring is. This often applies to compact graphite items with dimensions of 300 mm x 200 mm x 200 mm lwh. Anstac will print the specifications or dimensions once they are met. This measurement report is free of charge.
Profiling of the Carbon Vane
Following that, the graphite is profiled to create the final product’s shape, also known as custom designing. This is where precision machinery comes in for tolerance requirements. The microns standard must be reached in order for it to pass the quality control checkpoint where an electron microscope will examine it.

Sending Carbon Vane for QC Inspection and Checking
Packing of Carbon Vane
We will begin packing the goods after the QC inspection is finished. Our entire product line is carton-boxed and bubble-wrapped. If it’s overseas, graphite products are sold in palletized format.

Delivery of Carbon Vane
We will move your items to a prearranged location which is the loading bay section for the preparation of the lorry. Then, the trucks/transportation shall send it to the shipping dock to load the cargo.
